These muffins have the perfect texture! They taste like a treat but are healthy and protein packed with 8g of protein in each muffin!
Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Muffins (High Protein, GF)

Ingredients
- 1 C. Peanut butter
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C. honey
- 1/2 C. unflavored collagen powder (I used this)
- 1/2 C. Chocolate Protein powder (I used this)
- 1 T. vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Chocolate chips to drop on top (4-5 per muffin)
Directions
- In a blender or with a mixer combine all wet ingredients including the bananas
- Add the dry ingredients and blend again just until all ingredients are combined. Do not over mix. scrape down sides of the bowl or mixer as needed.
- Fill muffins 3/4 full and top with chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 mins until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let rest on counter until cool. Store in an airtight container.
